EMSELLA - Pelvic floor therapy
EMSELLA therapy is indicated in the treatment of urinary incontinence, acting by strengthening the pelvic floor muscles. It works thanks to the patented HIFEM (High-Intensity Focused Electromagnetic Technology) system - an extremely powerful focused electromagnetic field whose intensity allows the patient to achieve supra-maximal muscle contractions while sitting comfortably on the EMSELLA applicator-potolol.
The EMSELLA device uses non-invasive electromagnetic energy and increases pelvic floor muscle tone. This regains bladder control and reduces incontinence episodes.
- A single session with this technology can induce the equivalent of 11,000 Kegel exercises in 28 minutes, making it much more effective than many other methods of strengthening the pelvic floor muscles.
95% of treated patients reported a significant improvement in quality of life.
